Visionair OS is our project workspace for clients. Your producer will provide an account and share the projects and information relevant to your production. Ask your producer if access has not yet been arranged.
Your assigned projects and the information shared for them: production progress, plans, updates, people, creative documents, pre-production materials and linked quotes. Invoice access is enabled separately. Some features depend on the project type and stage.
Yes. When a shared script is available for client review, you can add notes and submit a decision against that version. This keeps the review connected to the actual production document.
Client accounts are restricted to assigned projects. Your producer controls which project information is shared and whether your account can view invoices.
Yes. The client portal has a responsive layout, so you can sign in from your phone, tablet or computer using a web browser.
